One workshop, every candle.

Amador Candle makes every part of the candle in Auburn, California: the wax is poured, the wick set, the fragrance blended and the solid maple lid cut, finished and engraved, all under one roof. Nothing is outsourced and nothing is imported.

We built the machines that pour, cure and engrave the candles ourselves. That is what lets us engrave a photograph into a lid for one candle as easily as for a pallet of them, and it is why there is one price, $29.95, with the engraving and the personalization included.

The candle is a soy and paraffin blend with a lead-free cotton wick and phthalate-free fragrance, in square glass, and burns for up to 60 hours. The lid is Wisconsin hard maple, and the engraving is cut into the wood, not printed on it.
